We are a small Colony based in the Lincolnshire village of Skellingthorpe, which lies just West of Lincoln City. We have 5 permanent leaders who are supported by parents of children attending the Colony. At present we have 18 beavers and our Colony is considered to be full.
We are very involved in across-Colony and District events. Beavers recently attended a massive District Event at Sudbrooke where they earned their Faith Partnership Award. We plan to do a joint sleepover with other Colonies at the end of October, and then there will be another District event for Christmas.
In addition, we do try to support local community events and go out into the local community to allow the Beavers to meet people of all ages and outlooks.
